(They prayed): "Our Lord! in Thee do we
trust, and to Thee do we turn in repentance: to Thee is (our) Final Goal.

The Ulam'aa have also given their opinion on the matter:

The Shaykh Muhammad ibn ‘Abdul-Wabhab (Rahimullah) said,

“The basis (Asl) of the religion of Islam and its basis (Qa’idah) lie in
two matters:

“The First: The command to worship Allah alone with no partners associated
with Him and the encouragement upon this with the allegiance based upon it and
the declaration of disbelief (Takfir) of whoever leaves it.

The Second: The warning against Shirk in the worship of Allah and being stern in that and having enmity based upon that and
the declaration of disbelief (Takfir) of whoever commits it.”

The Shaykh Hamad ibn ‘Atiq (Rahimullah) says:

“So his saying ‘…and there has become apparent…’ In
other words, it has become clear and apparent. And consider the preceding of
‘…enemity…’ with ‘…hatred…’ because the first is more important that the second.
This is because; the person may hate the polytheists (Mushrikin), while not
taking them as enemies, So (if this were the case,
then) he would not have come with the obligation that was upon him, until he
attains both the enmity and the hatred. And it is a must, as well, that the
enmity andhatred are both open and apparent and clear. And known that even if
the hatred is tied to the heart, then it does not benefit him until its effects
are shown and its signs become clear. And that abandonment (of them). Then and
that point, the enmity and hatred will become apparent. “

[This reference was taken from Sabil An-Najat
Wal-Filak]

“Whosoever does not forbid people from the deen of the Jews and Christians
after the prophethood of the messenger Muhammad (saw) nor declares them kafir nor hates them, he is not a Muslim by the
consensus of ALL Muslims, their scholars and the general
public.”

Shaykh Al-Islam ibn Taymiyyah (Rahimullah) v27
p264,

"There is ijma' amongst the scholars of the Salaf - as well as the Khalaf,
from the Companions, the Tabi'in, the Imams, and all of Ahl as-Sunnah - that a person cannot be a Muslim without avoiding major Shirk and disassociating from it and those who commit it, and hatred and enmity towards them as much as he is able, and the sincerity of all of his actions to Allah."

['Abd ar-Rahman bin Hasan; 1/93]

"[Disbelieving in Taghut] is to disassociate yourself from all that is
believed in other than Allah, whether it is a Jinni, a human, a tree, a rock, or other than that; and to bear witness to the disbelief and misguidance of whoever takes them as deities, and to hate him, even if he is your father or your brother. As for the one who says: 'I worship none but Allah, but I will not oppose the the deceased pious people and the domes built over the graves,' or the like of that, then he is a liar in his saying 'La ilaha ill Allah,' and he has not believed in Allah, nor has he rejected Taghut."

[Muhammad bin 'Abd al-Wahhab; 1/96]

Clarification

Before I get bombarded by "well we have to do daw'ah, how will we do dawah"?:

Shaykh Muhammad al-Saalih al-‘Uthaymeen (Rahimullah):

Undoubtedly the Muslim is obliged to hate the enemies of Allaah
and to disavow them, because this is the way of the Messengers and their
followers. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“Indeed there has been an excellent example for you in Ibraaheem
(Abraham) and those with him, when they said to their people: ‘Verily, we are free from you and whatever you worship besides Allaah, we have rejected you, and there has started between us and you, hostility and hatred for ever until you believe in Allaah Alone’”

[al-Mumtahanah 60:4]

“You (O Muhammad) will not find any people who believe in Allaah
and the Last Day, making friendship with those who oppose Allaah and His Messenger (Muhammad), even though they were their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their kindred (people). For such He has written Faith in their hearts, and strengthened them with Rooh (proofs, light and true guidance) from Himself”

[al-Mujaadilah 58:22]

Based on this, it is not permissible for a Muslim to feel any love
in his heart towards the enemies of Allaah who are in fact his enemies too. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“O you who believe! Take not My enemies and your enemies (i.e.
disbelievers and polytheists) as friends, showing affection towards them, while they have disbelieved in what has come to you of the truth”

[al-Mumtahanah 60:1]

But if a Muslim treats them with kindness and gentleness in the
hope that they will become Muslim and will believe, there is nothing wrong with that, because it comes under the heading of opening their hearts to Islam. But if he despairs of them becoming Muslim, then he should treat them accordingly. This is something that is discussed in detail by the scholars, especially in the book Ahkaam Ahl al-Dhimmah by Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allaah have mercy on him).

Majmoo’ Fataawa al-Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen, 3, question no.
389.

"But we cannot judge!"

We often hear the "Moderate Muslims" saying "but who are we to judge? Only Allah (SWT) knows his intention" after we make takfeer on someone. Indeed, it is only Allah (SWT) who knows ones intention, and Allah (SWT) is our ultimate judge, but this arguement ("we cannot judge") is not a valid arguement to refrain from making takfeer on someone. Based on the following two principles:

Al-Imaan (Faith) must also be manifested into actions.

We judge based on what is apparent.

--------------------------------------

Al-Imaan (Faith) must also be manifested into actions.

Amongst the many deviant ideas, is that our Iman lies only in our hearts, and not in our actions. Our Iman is actually is in our hearts, tongue, and actions. All of which must be present for Iman to be valid. One cannot just have Iman in his heart, and not in actions. For example, lets say someone believes in Allah (SWT), believes that the Qur'an is the word of Allah (SWT), etc..., yet he insults the Prophet Muhammad (SAWS), he has apostated despite having Iman in his heart, and we know this based on the verses:

9:65 If thou dost question them, they declare (with emphasis): "We were only talking idly and in play." Say: "Was it at Allah, and His Signs, and His Messenger, that ye were mocking?"

9:66 Make ye no excuses: ye have rejected Faith after ye had accepted it. If We pardon some of you, We will punish others amongst you, for that they are in sin

So there, we saw that eventhough they had Iman in their hearts, it was invalidated by the absence of Iman in their actions.

The concept that Iman is only in our hearts is called 'Irjaa, and is indeed a disease. We ask that Allah (SWT) frees us from it.

We admit to have posted little evidences but would be more then glad to provide more upon request.

We judge based on what is apparent.

We, as Muslims must judge based on what is apparent, as opposed to making assumptions by saying "we cannot judge because we do not know what is in his heart", because only Allah (SWT) knows what is in the heart.

Narrated by Nu'aim:"We were with the Prophet (SAWS), and a man came. They said he was a kaafir and conspired to take his money, the Prophet (saw) said: "didn't he say 'laa ilaha illa Allah?" they said: "yes, but only out of fear from the sword." The Prophet (SAWS) said: "do not kill him, I have been ordered to fight people until they say laa ilaha illa Allah, after that there life and wealth is protected." They said, "O Messenger, he feared our sword." The Prophet (SAWS) said: "I have been ordered to judge the apparent." [Nisaa'i 3714]

Sufyan Al Thawree said regarding this Hadeeth: "This is so clear, that the pillars (the sayings and actions) are for people to see and hear (i.e. they are apparent)."

Abu Izz Al Hanafi said: "We have been ordered to judge by the apparent, and Allah (SWT)forbade us to doubt people, and to follow what we do not have knowledge, (Allah [swt] said: ) "O Believers, avoid the doubt … [49: 12] & [isra: 36]" [Aqeedah Tahaqiyyah]

Imam Ahmed said: "The Imaan and the nifaq has its origin in the heart, but what appears is the sayings and actions, is its branch and is evidence about it."

An update on our challenge to the BMF

We sent an open challenge to both the organization itself, and the members of their forum. By request, we would be glad to further elaborate, and provide more authentic proof.

***
Question:
Is it permissible to participate in the elections, or join the parliment?

Answer:
It is kufr and shirk,

Firstly,
the one who does not rule by Sharee'ah law, is a kaffir
“And whoever does not judge by what Allaah has revealed, then they are the disbelievers.” [Surah Al-Maa’idah: 44]

Secondly,
the legislation is ONLY for Allah (SWT)

6:57 Say: "For me, I (work) on a clear sign from my Lord, but ye reject Him. What ye would see hastened, is not in my power. The command rests with none but Allah. He declares the truth, and He is the best of judges."

12:40 "If not Him, ye worship nothing but names which ye have named,- ye and your fathers,- for which Allah hath sent down no authority: the command is for none but Allah. He hath commanded that ye worship none but Him: that is the right religion, but most men understand not...

42:10 Whatever it be wherein ye differ, the decision thereof is with Allah. such is Allah my Lord: In Him I trust, and to Him I turn.

“Is it the Hukm of Jahiliyyah that they seek?”

“But no, by your Lord, they can have no Faith, until they make you (O Muhammad) judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance against your decisions, and accept (them) with full submission.”

“And whoever does not judge by what Allaah has revealed, then they are the disbelievers.” [Surah Al-Maa’idah: 44]

4:60 Hast thou not seen those who pretend that they believe in that which is revealed unto thee and that which was revealed before thee, how they would go for judgment (in their disputes) to false deities when they have been ordered to abjure them? Satan would mislead them far astray.

Thirdly,
Obeying legislation is Ibaadah (Worship)

"They (Jews and Christians) took their rabbis and their monks to be their lords besides Allah

'Adiyy bin Haatim (RA), who was a Christian but came to Islam, he heard the Prophet (SAW) recite this ayah, so 'Adiyy (RA) said: 'We did not worship them besides Allah'. The Prophet (SAW) replied: 'Did they not make forbidden what Allah had made permissible, and made permissible what Allah had made forbidden?' 'Adiyy (RA) replied: 'Ofcourse'. So he (SAW) said: 'So that was
your worshipping of them'. (Found in Imam Ahmad's Musnad and the Jaami' of at-Tirmithi, and he declared it hasan.)

Open challenge to the British 'Muslim' Forum

The BMF recently released statements claiming that the [muslim] youth who are killed in the
British army are martyrs. Although this retarded claim is not worthy of debate, it's seemed to
have spread, and is becoming an accepted idea. Therefore we, openly challenge the BMF to a
debate. And if one of these does not exist (akhtala), then this person cannot be a Muslim; and if he knows at-tawheed, and does not act upon it, then he is someone who has the disbelief of obstinacy ( kaafir mu'aanid), like the disbelief of Fir'awn, Iblees and their likes." - See, Kashf ash-Shubuhaat , page 40.

Imam as-Shafi defines Iman as :

"The consensus of the Companions, and the tabi'een, and whoever was after them, and whom so ever we saw [regarding imaan], was: 'al-Imaan is speech, actions and intention, and one cannot exist ( yatajaza`), except with the others.'" - See, Majmoo' al-Fatawaa , volume 7/309

In conclusion, I urge the reader to rethink their understanding of Islam, and its core At-Tawheed. Furthermore, I urge the reader to fully embrace the basis of life, la ilaha Ila Allah, and reject the tawagheet of our era despite the hardships it carries. And to show utmost animosity towards the tawagheet, and the people of kufr and shirk.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For the full version of 'Fundamentals of our Aqeedah"
http://www.sendspace.com/file/qq8b96

Fundamentals of our Aqeedah: PART 2

How to reject the Taghoout..

1) I’tiqaad Butlaan Al-Taghout – Believing that the Taghout is falsehood

22:62 That is because Allah - He is the Reality; and those besides Him whom they invoke,- they are but vain Falsehood: verily Allah is He, Most High, Most
Great.[22:62]

2) Ijtinaab Al Taghout – Staying away from the Taghout.

“And verily we have sent among every Ummah a Messenger (proclaiming): “Worship Allah (alone), and keep distance from Taghout.” Then of them were some whom Allah guided and of them were some upon whom the straying was justified. And consider the preceding of ‘…enemity…’ with ‘…hatred…’ because the first is more important that the second. This is because; the person may hate the polytheists (Mushrikin), while not taking them as enemies, So (if this were the case, then) he would not have come with the obligation that was upon him, until he attains both the enmity and the hatred. And it is a must, as well, that the enmity andhatred are both open and apparent and clear. And known that even if the hatred is tied to the heart, then it does not benefit him until its effects are shown and its signs become clear. And that abandonment (of them). Then and that point, the enmity and hatred will become apparent. “[This reference was taken from Sabil An-Najat Wal-Filak]

Fundamentals of our Aqeedah: PART 1

As-Salaamo 'Alaaykum,

It's actually quite simple, it is La Ilaha Ila Allah, Muhammad Rasool Allaah. We fully embrace this declaration, and carry it's pillars in our hearts and actions. One might say, "well all muslims embrace La Ilaha Ila Allah, Muhammad Rasool Allaah", but the question is; what exactly does it mean? And how does on adhere upon it.

Abdullah ibn Amr bin al-Aas (RA) narrated that the Prophet (SAWS) said, "When death visited Allah's prophet Nuh, he said to his son, 'I shall narrate to you the will. I command you with two things and I forbid you from two things. I command you with La Ilaaha illa Allah. Surely, if the seven heavens and the seven earths were placed placed on a pan of the scale, and La ilaaha illa Allah was placed on the other pan of the scale, they would give in to Laa Illaaha illa Allah. And if the seven heavens and the seven earths were a dark ring, they would be cut by Laa Ilaaha illa Allah and Subhan'Allah wa bi Hamdihi. It is the prayer of every thing and by it everything has its provision. And I forbid you from shirk and from pride.'"

[al-Bukhari in al-Adab al-Mufrad # 548, al-Bayhaqi in al-Asmaa, al-Albaani in as-Sahihah #134, and others]

Amma Ba'ad (To procced):

La Ilaha Ila Allah, can be divided into two parts:

Al-Kufr bil Taghoout (La Ilaha Ila Allah)

Al-Imaan Fi Allaah (La Ilaha Ila Allah)

There is no compulsion in religion. The right direction is henceforth distinct from error. And he who rejecteth false deities (taghoout) and believeth in Allah hath grasped a firm handhold which will never break. Allah is Hearer, Knower.

'And verily, We have sent among every Ummah (community, nation) a Messenger (proclaiming): "Worship Allâh (Alone), and avoid (or keep away from) Taghoout (all false deities, etc. i.e. do not worship Taghoout besides Allâh)." Then of them were some whom Allâh guided and of them were some upon whom the straying was justified. So travel through the land and see what was the end of those who denied (the truth).'.

We will discuss the first pillar:

Al-Kufr bil Taghoout- Rejecting the false dieties (La Ilaha Ila Allah)

Al-Kufr Bil Taghoout means to reject the false dieties,
The False diety is known as a Taghoout, which Shaykh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahab (RH) says in his article entitled "The Meaning of Taghoout" that the taghoout is:

" 1) The Devil,

“Did I not command you O children of Aadam, that you should not worship the Devil. They have failed to grasp the fundamentals of the Islamic creed, therefore they innovate their own heretic ways, and try to conform to the west and other ideologies. Therefore, it is our duty as Muwahhideen to refute their deviant teachings, and preach a more 'orthodox' and pure Islam.

NOTE: The term 'moderate' has been applied to these people simply for identification purposes, and in reality we must be moderate in our deen (unlike Sufi's ), this is similar to the case of the Mu'tazilah, who were a group with extreme deviance, yet I'tizaal (withdrawl) is an attribute of a muslim.
